Endeka restructuring completed

On June 1, 2010 Endeka Ceramics completed successfully its financial restructuring. The Group and its lenders have agreed a significant restructuring of the senior debt and of the junior debt. The restructuring has resulted in a substantially reinforced capital structure for the Group. Bertrand Repelin, CEO of Endeka Group, commented as follows "I would like to thank our teams, our customers, our suppliers and our advisors for their exceptional commitment to the Group during this lengthy process.
