Dudson Ltd were already convinced of the virtues and benefits of Endeka ceramics ThermECO glazes products following the introduction of their use on all Vitrified and Fine China ware more than two years ago. So it was an easy choice for them when deciding who should be their partner in developing a new environmentally friendly range of hotelware for launch at the 2010 Hotelympia Exhibition in London. Following a carefully drafted design brief from Dudson Endeka Ceramics developed a prepared clay body and compatible glaze systems using its ThermECO energy efficient materials technology.
The result was evolution. A ceramic hotelware product that is not only once-fired but, also fires at a temperature significantly lower than both conventional hotelware and porcelain products.
